I'll tell you what... Send me your address and I'll have my local Papa John's and Domino's both deliver you a pizza. Then you can see what I'm talking about. Remember Slym, Bats lives across the pond, they might do things differently. I know today's Domino's is a million times better than they were in the 80s. I swore off Domino's for literally decades until recently. I like their grinders too, even if they are a bit small. That's a good point. Sometimes the product overseas isn't the same as domestic

That's a good point. Sometimes the product overseas isn't the same as domestic I love checking out weird overseas mcdonalds taste test on youtube. The best quarter pounders I ever had: Manila (plump, juicy and gorgeous - the best ever!) Lucerne (I should bloody hope so for the price...) Hong Kong Airport (again, expensive but very well made). On the avoid list (ANY of the outlets): Barcelona (tastes funny) Paris (overcooked) London (dry, squashed - see scene from Falling Down).

I think the last place I would eat overseas would be a McDonalds I know what you mean. But sometimes when you're really hungry, you just want something familiar. And all the restaurants appear very clean, no matter where you go... cleaner than the ones in Britain, anyway! Having said that, the one time I visited the US, I never went to McDs. There were too many other places I wanted to try... like Wendy's and Taco Bell, plus a few local restaurants.

I tend to avoid McD these days. The last few times I went, I felt not well after eating the food.
