Had pancakes & sausage for dinner.
Jimmers, if you need to put on weight, that's the way to go. Carbs & fatty meat.

I had a pankake benedict sandwich this week . two flapjacks,a poached egg,bacon,fried ham,hollandaise sauce ,syrup an cheddar..and a big postion of homefries and baked beans ketchup .even the dog was disgusted with my gas oh man,i'm growin up to be the black hand...

Steel cut oats for breakfast1. Protein shake for breakfast2. Pizza for lunch1. Probably sliced chicken breast with jack cheese on a toasted whole-wheat slice of bread, broiled until cheese is melted for lunch2 and dinner2 Probably sriracha rice, beans and broccoli for dinner1 Probably popcorn for dinner3.

Peel it,then dice and boil till soft.I like to mash boiled carrots in there with butter and maple syrup.
