Tonight... roast chicken, oven chips & veg. I might make gravy... Us Brits do like chips 'n gravy, y'know. Or I might just pop down the chippie and buy a portion to go with the chicken. Sounds much easier. I'll do that. Chips and gravy sounds pretty good. Yeah, it does... But I went for the easy option  |

Google's my friend. That looks pretty good. Does the gravy or sauce usually vary? The two I saw looked to be a brown gravy and the other was a mustard based sauce. I think I'd prefer a brown gravy. |

Many variations over here, depending on what area you live in or how arty the chef is feeling. Oi! Chef! It's bangers and mash, FFS... Brown gravy every time  |
