You're in a parking lot looking for a space-you see someone get in their car. Great. a space. You wait. They dick around. You wait some more. More dicking. Finally after ten minutes you go  ! and leave. WHY do people dick around when they get in their car? I get in my car, start it and leave immediately. Why all the dicking? It seems EVERYONE does this. |

I have a good CGC boardie friend who got Covid-19 bad. It almost killed him, which was weird because he was youngish and healthy. Mid to late 40's maybe? Anyway, thank God he recovered. The Cykotine Storm really did a number on his lungs. Lots of scar tissue. So I recently saw him for the 1st time in something like 3 years. It was great to see him. He looked great. But he had this CONSTANT cough. He was always clearing his lungs. I'm guessing it was scar tissue and junk his body was expelling. So he's been in touch with doctors etc. So I ask him "bro, are you getting your cardio in?" He replies "Yeah. I go to the gym." "No, are you getting your CARDIO in. Like are you running? Are you expanding your lungs? Breathing hard?" He wasn't. I was like "WTF?  You need to expand those lungs, get oxygen in there and expel that garbage!!!" And his doctor didn't tell him to do it. The next day, he's flying home and he's texting me "I'm running through the airport doing laps like Forest Gump!"  Dude now runs EVERY DAY and is feeling so much better EVERY DAY. a) I couldn't believe his doctor didn't tell him to do cardio b) I love his enthusiasm!  |
