It appears that most people favor the game being finished, as not doing so would create enormous unfairness to many if not all other teams.
But finishing the game would also need to be done in such a way that it isn't unduly unfair to the Bills & Bengals, possibly forcing them to play 3 games within a 10 day window, though they already have the advantage of an extra week's rest after not having to play more than a few minutes of Monday's game.
