New Beato This was good too. I was just listening to this song. The video I'm wondering about is "What Makes This Album Great?" that he uploaded 2 days ago. From the comments which are off it appears to not have been up for long and it says "video is unavailable". There's no Share button so I can't even link it. You didn't happen to catch it while it was up?

You didn't happen to catch it while it was up? I didn't see it, but I DID see another video of his in the last few days that isn't posted anymore. I didn't watch it, but it was called, "Youtube is making it impossible to make music instruction videos because of blocking," or something to that effect. He has a lot of videos that get blocked because of aggressive copyright bots. A Youtube video earns between five to six thousand dollars per million views, and he hits that level quite often (he has one vid that's almost 8 million - >$40K). So that's why he gets pissed off. I'm sure he's making more money on Youtube than he does doing studio production. You probably heard that Joe Rogan just signed a $100M deal to move his Youtube podcast over to Spotify.

I have heard him mention that Youtube has been his main income for a few years. He also gets pissed about the blocking because he's actually using the songs to teach people. One of my favorite stoners

I watched this one too, check the comments for me hating on Layla Most of the choices left me cold, but I was pleasantly surprised to see Ratt on there. Where's "Neon Knights" by Sabbath?

I couldn't find your comments, but we're both on the same page with Layla. I never understood why people liked it at all - boring, way too long, repetitious, weak guitar, etc.

Those are great. We have a car dealership that advertises that they trade anything, "goats boats trains or planes" but their ad is high tech. Now Crazy Bruce, he's a different story. He's been making commercials like this for years.

I've been looking for old Bay Area commercials, but can't seem to find any...like Carol Doda's Perfect 36 commercial.
I did run across a Bob Wilkins (Creature Features) tribute that's pretty cool.

Growing up we had Creature Double Feature on Channel 56, 1pm on Saturdays. It didn't have a host.
A little trivia you might enjoy - "The intro/outro music used for Creature Double Feature throughout its run was Emerson, Lake & Palmer's "Toccata" from Brain Salad Surgery."

That's cool. Bob Wilkin's show went from 9PM to 1AM I think. It was great if you were old enough to stay up late, but too young for your parents to let you out of the house that late.
