Same here... I was pleasantly surprised what was on it when I want to fall asleep to something... old episodes of Star Trek the Next Generation, B-Movies... The other night I fell asleep watching, Once Upon a Time in the West.

Recently, I've been listening to this guy while I work out because I don't need to see the screen. He's an excellent storyteller, and all his videos are really interesting. He's an ex Navy SEAL.
