I'm trying to think of the name of this rock group from the late 70s.
They weren't terrible, but they looked just like women...makeup and big hair.
I remember the first song on their first album had a pretty good drum solo intro but with tons of effects on it (delay mostly).

Since it's the longest thread I'll also add that I don't pay much attention to drum or guitar solos.

No...nobody famous like that. Every time I try to Google them I get nothing. They weren't a glam band, more hair band and hard rock...but they don't really fit in either category.

I have a few of their records. Steveinthecity,if you see this, did you know that there's members of the Dictators in the band? Jimmers Nice Guy I had no idea. At least he probably made a few bucks doing this.

At least he probably made a few bucks doing this. Someone I know who's a BIG fan,he's a lot younger and SUPER into second wave metal(as he calls it-so many different categories or what have you now) told me pretty recent, right around the time of the arrest. He's a smart kid and growing up with the internet at his fingers knows uncanny amounts about obscure, niche music.Often he teaches me stuff about things I've liked, been interested in for decades. Like, did you know there are Dictator eight tracks?I didn't.
