5 Aug 2019 National Children's Day - Celebrated in the country of Tuvalu, some island situated between Australia & Hawaii. I've never heard of it, but it must be a nice place if the population of 12,000 people
take the time to recognize the kids. The Capital is Funafuti, and Tuvaluan and English are the National languages. Archie #700 (Art Baltazar variant cover)  This is a stock image from the web. There's supposedly less than 200 of these, and 2 CGC copies(9.2 & 9.6) on eBay currently. I've got a raw copy on the way and keeping my fingers crossed.  |

All those "Bride" covers are pretty cool. I'm not sure that I ever saw the Detective Comics ManBat cover before. That's a good issue, Neal Adams penciled the main story and Gil Kane drew the Batgirl backup. |

I can't really wiggle my toes anymore and I feel left out. Neither can I, and I can't bend them at all- Too many surgeries on the left foot, and I think the right foot is trying to stop out of respect. If I let too much time go by without making an effort, it takes time to get them bending easily on the right. Hope that sounds as creepy as it feels  |

I didn't realize how expensive this issue was. I really didn't expect to pay $10+ for a copy with detached cover and spine split.  I can't really wiggle my toes anymore and I feel left out. In a sitting position with feet flat on the floor, raise your heels and press your toes into the floor. Move your knees back & forth slightly and this will approximate the toe wiggling experience.  |

More creepiness, you ask? ok. The 2nd (middle) knuckle from my 2nd and 3rd toes, left foot, were removed and the bones fused together. A rage punch would do far more than wake mine up. "Wake up and DIE!!" They're still not 100% healed from early 2018. Still tender foot. The most recent procedure requires leaving the pin in the bone of the 3rd for good. Still feels like it wants to imitate 'Alien' from the tip of my toe, sometimes. Stubbing them on... anything  is HELL!
