Look at the post below it. Am I supposed to be impressed with that shot? It looks like the type of shot I made as a 14 year old.  It's a free throw, which is a play on the words Free 'Fro.  OK now THAT makes sense. I loved playing basket ball at school but I wouldn't pretend to know the rules.
And there was me thinking not only could I make that shot, I once did it at 90° with a rugby ball and got nothing but net

EDIT: I just watched some of his "Granny Style" free throws on youtube. Ok, I'll admit, I'm impressed.
