Damn, he beat me by 6 minutes!  That's a pivotal issue. In it, Dick Grayson leaves for college and Batman closes down the Bat-Cave (forever!...yeah right) and then moves into the penthouse on top of the Wayne Foundation building.  |

Damn, he beat me by 6 minutes! That's a pivotal issue. In it, Dick Grayson leaves for college and Batman closes down the Bat-Cave (forever!...yeah right) and then moves into the penthouse on top of the Wayne Foundation building. It's a very important issue, it was the first step towards making Batman cool again. Ever since Detective #38 Batman was weighed down by the ultimate cockblocker known as Robin. Finally he got rid of that boat anchor holding him back. Can you imagine how cool Batman would've been if Robin had never been created? Tec #27 might even be worth more than Action #1 by now  |
