Remember when we talked about DC's Metal, and how it was so ridiculous it was enjoyable, and Batman carried Baby Darkseid around in a backpack and then just forgot about him? Well get ready for the sequel!! Yes, that is a chainsword and the pull cord is her golden lasso. Ash is gonna be jealous they stole his shtick

I haven't read any "new" comics yet in 2020. Can I start with this or do I need to get 85 other issues so that I'll understand the storyline?

It's not coming out for a while as they just announced it, so I'm not exactly sure. But it is a sequel to Metal and the last 2 years of JLA led up to this. The heroes lost the Doom war - that might be all you need to know. But I never bought any Metal tie-ins anyway.

Saw this on the CBCS board. It's pretty messed up that Metro would trust PGX over CBCS. Not even a mention?

Of course the sig would be hidden inside. What is the relationship of Herb Trimpe to this book? Had GSXM#1 already come out by then?

Whoever reported it didn't know about Watchcount, etc. It's like $5,000. 2. I can't find any Trimpe connection to this book. 3. This book came out before GSXM 1.

2. I can't find any Trimpe connection to this book. 3. This book came out before GSXM 1. Yeah, I realized after I asked about Trimpe I was assuming the book was signed c. 1975 and was trying to connect the dots between GSXM/Wolverine/Trimpe and this book. I guess I thought the best chance of getting a Ditko sig on a comic would have been in the 70's. Not sure where my mind was going. As for the April con, I'm expecting more cancellations of events at least 60 days out due to planning and logistics. Things like regular sporting events would return to normal much quicker I'd imagine. I hope everything is back to normal as soon as possible, though.

What bugs me most about this is the "Avengers" logo on his shoulder, like it's a UK soccer jersey with an ad for beer or something.
