Does anyone else watch Comic Book Men? I really enjoy it.
I used to be a fan of Pawn Stars, but Comic Book Men is a more fun and geekier (I mean this in a good way!) version.

Never cared for it. I actually have no interest in any program like this.

I tried to watch it, but overall, it wasn't for me.

I love that show. However, the way they handle the comics does make me cringe. I would think that someone working in a comic shop, knowing that condition is everything, would be a bit less haphazard with the books.

I did like that one episode where Baltimore Lauren from the CGC boards showed up & schooled those chumps on some Archie comics.

I like the show but it gets very repetitive and some of the skits are kind of lame. It was cool when a cool book or toy pops in but now it's just meh.

Never watched it and don't plan to You're actually not missing much. Crew opens the show, talks about something fun they want to do, someone walks in with something interesting, they do their skit, and then recap to Kevin. Same thing every episode.

The few times I gave it a chance suggested each show may have 2-4 minutes of relevant, watchable content. It might be nice if someone put a compilation of those moments together. Maybe someone did

I think I'd get tired after a few minutes of seeing Walt drool over some common SA book that someone brought in for sale as if it were an Action Comics #1.

These shows, like any reality show, is based on personalities. Of course, it's all staged, as all these show are. However, if you like the people, then you'll watch. I used to watch Storage Wars because I liked the crew of buyers that they had. Then they either got rid of people or the people moved in to other things I stopped watching

I didn't think they actually worked there. Figured they had some regular employees and the Walt and the crew would come in whenever they filmed.
