As I mentioned before, we need some game icons to keep our Mini-Profiles from getting too long. Phase OneI will keep them to the same dimensions as the comic books (96px high X 64px wide)...unless you want them larger for some reason. And I think they need to specify 21-30, 11-20, etc. But other than that... What kind of icons would you like to see?

I can't come with anything other than using the high key with some icon stuck on it to represent the whole run. I don't particularly like it, but that's all I have.
Anybody got ideas for this?

I was thinking of Spider-Man's head with the run number below.
Just an idea.

I was thinking of Spider-Man's head with the run number below. Just an idea. Sounds good. It's practical. Keep it simple. You could then use the same "head and numbers" idea when introducing another hero's collection in the future.

Wouldn't the icons potentially take up too much space as well as we accumulate more and more of them?
As for what they look like, I think we should use bra cup sizes to determine the endowedness of each person's collection.
Or we can just use Shelley's idea of comic character heads. That would work.

Actually, it the opposite idea. We're trading ten to thirty books for an icon in order to save space (especially in the mini-profile). This will make room for Phase Two.

Do you have an example of the icon you're considering?

Here's a prototype next to a regular book.

Here's a prototype next to a regular book. You can see how it looks in my profile and mini-profile.

Well, I haven't heard any complaints/suggestions, so it looks like that icon is a go.
I'll make them up and have them available.
The only one that is mandatory is the ASM 1-30 icon. Because you'll need the space for Phase Two.
The ASM 11-20 and ASM 21-30 icons are optional. I'm going to start using the ASM 21-30 for myself (I like the clean look).
If you want either of the optional icons, just let me know and I'll trade you your books (plus bags/boards) for it.
