Up next is this 4 issue perfect bound set. I have no idea what to expect from this series.

Up next is this 4 issue perfect bound set. I have no idea what to expect from this series. Well that was weird. (I know... Starlin? Weird? No way.) Seems like an early Vertigo book or vanity project. Starlin must've had blackmail material on someone. It had a $3.95 cover price in 1989 too. Not even closely related to anything else DC superhero.

Whoever is reading this, YOU get to pick my next series. Choose either DC, Image, or Marvel and I will post what I'm reading next.

My image knowledge is pretty weak, and I know I'm missing out on some good reads. For me, I'm going to read the first Spider-Woman series(via the Essentials collection). It's been ages since I read any of those issues.

I believe this was going to be an ongoing series done in 6 issue arcs, but it only lasted 8. It's Warren Ellis and JHW III (only for the first 6 issues), so it's gotta be decent at least.

At least he showed a picture of it. Imagine not knowing while opening that comic.

Up next is bit of a weird combo: 6 issue Punisher arc pencilled and inked by Joe Kubert. I think they go to Sarajevo so it kinda ties into his Fax From Sarajevo GN.

I didn't realize Kubert had done any Punisher(or Marvel). Yeah, that's why I bought these books. I'm a fan of Joe but not so much war books, so I buy all his other stuff. The only other Marvel he did afaik is a couple of issues of Hulk back when I subscribed to the title. Fill-ins to help Andy I think.

I've got another weird Marvel mini in the pile, but it's another Punisher book so it'll have to wait. Next will be Gaiman and JH Williams III in the 6 issue mini Sandman Overture. These are probably the newest books on the pile, 2018.
