I'm getting reallllllly tired of this bull . It's one thing to do "off eBay deals." It's another to openly brag about it. You think eBay's fees are outrageous? THEN DON'T USE THEM. I am SO SO DAMN tempted to post something there. At least I've reported it. This makes me so angry. And it exposes the CCG to liability. They are tolerating open theft.

jaydogrules: I can't say I blame you for robbing that bank at gunpoint. They don't pay NEARLY enough in interest. Those thieves, getting rich off your money, and you can't even make 1%. Serves them right.
jaydogrules: I can't say I blame you for offing your parents. I mean, who were they to be spending all your inheritance? That money's for YOU, damn it, and there they were, taking vacations to Branson, MO to watch cheesy musicals!
A little hyperbole...?
Same justification.

Right- -on, Hado. You tell 'em. Little thieving scumbags. "Oh, you screw me, and your name's going on the probation list! What...? You screwed eBay...? Pffft. Who cares? Their fees are outrageous! So who cares if they brought my customer to me? They shouldn't charge that much to begin with!" Assholes. THEY are the reason MY fees get raised, my discounts get lowered, and my requirements get tightened. Assholes.

And when honest seller's fees go up, prices can go up, so the honest buyers also "pay" for it. I really hope no one would ever seriously and openly suggest the answer to that problem is to contact the seller requesting an outside transaction. And yes, the bitching about the fees they agreed to when they joined Like I say, 'what else is the seller willing to do?' Instant gratification, greed, lack of character; it's all over.

I've never sold on eBay, is the listing fee larger on auctions or BINs with a higher asking price?

I've never sold on eBay, is the listing fee larger on auctions or BINs with a higher asking price? No. Everybody gets 50 free listings a month, and then it's 30 cents per listing. Final value fee is 10%.

What compels this to continue to take potshots? What drives him? Bitterness, clearly, but mental instability is part of it, too. He can't just say "well, we clearly don't have any common ground anymore, so we can just ignore each other." That's the rational, sane response. If Doofus510 doesn't talk about me or try to engage me, I don't talk about him. It's simple. If someone hadn't quoted this at the CGC board, I wouldn't have even seen it. But he can't just say that. He's got to take his petty shots over and over again. He's reading this board, and then commenting about it elsewhere, instead of replying directly here. This isn't rational behavior. This is mental instability, an inability to deal with conflict. And, doubtless, he'll make more comments about this, too. It's pitiable.

Unless they listed more than 50 items, which I doubt, then...yup. And the posts haven't been taken down yet. It's times like this I wish I was a corporate lawyer. It would be nice to send a "cease and desist" letter to the Certified Collectibles Group for promoting this sort of posting on their message board, encouraging others to rip off eBay in the same way. What...? The CCG isn't responsible for what people post on their boards, one might say....? They're not encouraging people to rip eBay off? Wrong. Both in letter, and in practice, they have demonstrated a substantial willingness to control what is, and what is not, allowed on their message boards. The posts have been notified. They have not been removed. That is tacit approval. Others will read those posts, and themselves be encouraged to steal from eBay. By the way...Kevin ("Arch") once sent me a PM that "avoiding Paypal fees (in this case) was really only a matter of programming on Paypal's part, and calling it "stealing" is an "aggressive posture" [I'm paraphrasing, but that's essentially what he said.])" Do they just not understand the liability they expose themselves to? The answer, clearly, is no.

Why would he be surprised to see you on other boards? What does what you say here have to do with posting elsewhere? Should one NOT post there because one has legitimate criticism of it? There's an incredible disconnect going on in that boy's head. He imagines that because you can't be honest, and have to play the song and dance game at CGC and CBCS that therefore you shouldn't be honest anywhere else. He is a perfect drone. Like I said, I'd love to hear what his slip and fall lawyer told him about what he was saying on the CGC board about me. And if you, slip and fall lawyer, are reading this, you ought to be advising him to not make fraudulent accusations of "dishonesty" and "charging for services not authorized" publicly, designed to damage my reputation. If you passed the bar, you are well aware of the libel laws in various states.

His lawyer is as imaginary as his belief that his self importance means something to other people
