I don't understand why it's a univeral grade and not restored, conserved whatever.Trimmed? This is ridiculous. Why people are still throwing money at them is beyond me.Thank god 99.5% of my books are raw.

There should be a separate trimmed grade. Technically trimming isn't restoration. Restoration is returning something to it's original state. How can you "restore" something if you're taking part of it away?
I'm already drafting my letter of complaint...

I imagine there is going to be a spike in the number of people not knowing they're buying restored comics, and they'll scream bloody murder because they didn't study the image and/or read the whole listing.

The biggest barrier to expertise is to pay someone to do it for you.

Is this something recent or an error? I thought trimming was an automatic purple label.

Is this something recent or an error? I thought trimming was an automatic purple label. It appears to be a loophole with the specialty labels.

Is this something recent or an error? I thought trimming was an automatic purple label. It appears to be a loophole with the specialty labels. And nobody over there thought it would be important to be consistent with their labeling?

It appears to be a loophole with the specialty labels. And nobody over there thought it would be important to be consistent with their labeling? No. They're barely able to keep their heads above water. I get back errors on a regular basis. Sure, "we'll fix it for free!" is great, but I still have to waste my time and energy to get it back to them.

Sure, "we'll fix it for free!" is great, but I still have to waste my time and energy to get it back to them. I had a couple orders that they screwed up. They fixed it for free because it was their error, but I was expecting a credit on my credit card not to have a credit on my account. That really pissed me off since I don't do business with them maybe once or twice a year. I rather have the money back into my bank account, not into their account.
