No. They're barely able to keep their heads above water. I get back errors on a regular basis. Sure, "we'll fix it for free!" is great, but I still have to waste my time and energy to get it back to them. I had a couple orders that they screwed up. They fixed it for free because it was their error, but I was expecting a credit on my credit card not to have a credit on my account. That really pissed me off since I don't do business with them maybe once or twice a year. I rather have the money back into my bank account, not into their account. That bugs the hell out of me- What on Earth makes them think they can presume a customer will even WANT to give them more business after a mistake? And I know some of these guys are collectors- What on Earth makes them think a customer being okay with sending their major keys through the mail system AGAIN is better than making sure their QC dept is at maximum efficiency? Our policy here is "Zero Defects." Their's should be too.

Our policy here is "Zero Defects." Their's should be too. My first submission to them were four of my highest valued books. I was worried once the books left my hands and into the hands of the post office for fear of them getting lost or damaged. Fortunately, nothing happened to the books, but if CGC had screwed up the books I would probably have not gone back to them again. As it is, I still have quite a few expensive books just sitting in mylars and fullbacks, and I have no plans of ever sending them out to be graded. The only books I send now are books I want to resell and that's it.

The only think I can think of is they're taking it one thread at a time. Not sure what real advantage there is in that, aside from the length of time it would take

I don’t think anyone in that conversation realize people also “borrow” serial numbers from high grade books to cheat on their registry sets. That being said, I have no earthly idea how the old label got there.

Yeah, I don't understand that either. I could understand if they decided to give him a universal grade.

This would not have occurred to me.

This would not have occurred to me. Careful. I wouldn't listen to a word that guy says. He's a well-known liar and company spokes-hole. During the Creep Engine Case fiasco, he was telling everyone that the cases were not causing wave damage, despite me posting multiple videos showing hundreds of examples to the contrary.

I never picked up on that previously. I don’t know where I was during the start of the Creep Engine thing...
