I wish I had the disposable income to send low grade common Harveys to be graded

Looking at their low feedback, they're all comic related judging from the sellers. I picture someone in their 40's rediscovering (the hard way) comic books.

I thought maybe he 'fat-fingered' the grade, but I see what he's calling 8.5
I didn't see any 0.5s 6.0s.

Also, several of his listings violate the search and browse manipulation rules on eBay, which prohibit "not" listings. If someone is looking for CGC, the results shouldn't be cluttered with listings that are NOT CGC, and yet...this guy doesn't care about the rules. Not surprising. I've reported all the "not" listings; I recommend others do the same. Not that I have any hope that eBay will do anything...they probably won't...but they might do something. Who knows?

I've reported all the "not" listings; I recommend others do the same. Not that I have any hope that eBay will do anything...they probably won't...but they might do something. Who knows? This is why they don't want anyone "informed" among them. These are the 'character truths' they hide from each other and anyone else when they strut around pointing out to people how awesome they are TO the hobby and FOR the hobby. Anyone questions their awesomeness and they start building their straw man, demanding examples of why they aren't amazing. SHOW them and everyone that they are working the rules to their FINANCIAL advantage and you will almost assuredly be met with, "Oh everyone does that!", knocking the straw man over with a feather. These people know what they're doing. The sense of entitlement they display is shameful. There is such a huge difference between acting like a good person and being a good person. Throw the current level of speculation and hype into the mix and we see signs of the 90's again, slightly updated. And with Doc out of the way for a spell, posts like: It's hilarious that his statement (in the Bats 457 thread), "we concluded that almost none exist, therefore the answer would be all of them" is bookended by "I believe that" and "I suppose." Cover those bases, now. And "their" conclusion in that thread, while not saying the message is wrong (I don't know), is based on one post in that thread. Again, I don't know if the message is incorrect or not- My point is CBCS and CGC are fine with this type of blanket statement research on their message boards, but because discussions with the intent of getting to the facts, which sometimes require lots of words, bother the 'Knowledge In 5 Words Or Less' and the 'instant gratification' groupies, those discussions are what these companies eliminate from THE HOBBY for the good OF THEMSELVES right NOW.

His listings look fine, they must have made him change the titles... or someone told him about this post & he changed it first. Either way, good call.

They're still aggressively priced, but hey...I can't quibble about that TOO much. Well, except for the GL #1 and the Gambit listing. Those are still bat .

I take it back.
Why do people use eBay to bring them customers, then cheat eBay out of their rightfully earned fees by selling off eBay?
Now, I can't PROVE this is what happened...but when you announce "Deadpool is gone", and it was listed on eBay, and then ended, it's really not hard to put together two and two.
And if it was someone from the CBCS board, he should have listed them there FIRST, before going to eBay.
Character is what you do when no one is watching.
