Was there flooding or anticipated flooding? Trying to figure out what the sandbags are for. Maybe it's just stacked up rocks I'm looking at.

It's snowing here   I suppose it wouldn't help to let you know that this is my second year of not turning on the heat...not even a space heater or an electric blanket.

There's a crew out there working on some project...not sure what. No anticipated flooding though. We're out of the drought with lots of snow pack, but no rainfall at all here during February, so the reservoir level is a bit low right now.
