When I first heard about this I went to the CBCS forum and found no thread or any discussion of this topic. As far as I know it still is not discussed there, wonder why??
The shipping of comics back and forth to several locations including an employees home is insane, just think of the potential for damage with so much handling and chance of packages getting lost in transit. Sounds like a crazy disorganized mess!!!

I always thought the wait time for getting submissions back was extremely long and getting longer all of the time, never understood why more employees were not hired to keep up with the backlog? I guess it was just a matter of time before things became unmanageable and erupted into chaos!! I call it Corporate GREED...no need to hire more workers and cut into profits, we'll just make the customer wait longer...and longer...and longer!

I didn't hear anything about it until yesterday. There are a lot of unanswered questions. I read on their site once where they made a big deal out of their vault used for comic storage.

Here’s the initial thread: forum.cbcscomics.com/topic/18250/page/1/facilitator-question/To your question, they’ve been very quick as of late to shut down any thread that speaks in a negative tone regarding processes, customer service, or shipping concerns. The blanket term of “disparaging CBCS” is now leveled at anyone and used as reasoning for punitive action towards those who don’t fall into line and support CBCS unequivocally.

Yeah, they (CBCS and CBCS's cheerleaders) would tell customers who were concerned about their books that it was safely locked up in their vault. I wonder if they sent other customer books to employee's homes? Who over at CBCS thought sending customer's books to an employee's home was a good idea?
