I remember watching Danzig support Metallica in '88. I also remember not being impressed. First time I saw them,91/92 I think was at the Opera House in Toronto.Small venue, and being allowed to travel overnight with a chum for the first time likely helped the experience.Saw them the next year, open air supporting Suicidal and Metallica and that wasn't so good. Also,a lot of Hammerskin fascist skinheads at that show roughing up the longhairs for Danzig. Always someone causing trouble at gigs.

I probably never would've seen Danzig if it wasn't for the opening acts (no not Anvil). They played a few Misfits tunes, 04/02/1989; Concert at West Hartford Ballroom, Hartford, CT, USA. Danzig with Anvil, Raven & Murphy's Law Had never seen Raven before then and you guys know I love Murphy's Law

Did I mention I once met Milo from Descendents? Ahem Yeah my stories suck What?No that's cool mate, tell us more please. I met him walking through the crowd at the Reading Festival one year. They'd been on the main stage about 20 minutes earlier. I just shook his hand and said it was a great performance (which it was). I think he was grateful for a) the appreciation and b) not wanting to bore him to death with an unnecessarily long conversation.

I've met a few, usually at their own gigs. I keep it brief and just show a little appreciation for their music. Then it's off to the bar. I'm just not that chatty...

Looks like mosh pits are waaaay different from what I'm used to I have gotten naked at shows(thrown out of the Dictators)-but anyone acting like that fellow,at least at shows I've been to would have been pummeled and removed pretty damn quick.

I've never seen a naked mosher, but way back when we had a guy claim to be the first barefoot mosher very dangerous And yeah, that guy deserves a beating, and not for being naked.
