I'd be pretty arsehurt about those,especially if they were subbed with the plan of reselling. One day I should show you gang close pictures of my AF 15 slab-oh boy is that scratched up and battered  If it wasn't for the fact it would make it far easier to sell-and I will,someday,with the prices they fetch-I'd just bust it out.I think the top two dowels are broken,and I could likely just pull it out of the shell in that snug sleeve if I wanted. It's a 1.5,I don't think it will get shaken comic syndrome or anything,and I'm not the one that banged it up. Those blemishes on the high grade modern books would bother me,if it was my thing.
