I had that one!One of my most precious yard sale finds as a kid, also got a super special that had a few stamps left in it.When I was fifteen I gifted my MAD mags and Archie digests to a cousin that wasn't allowed comics for the longest time till his ma left the fella she was with.Well,I split them up with my sister and him.

Tell me more about these included in Mad,please.Horror ,crime stuff or old Mad issues? They were the insert comics that came with Mad Super Specials. The two I remember having were reprints of Mad #4 & #8. I had never seen Kurtzman art and the only reprints I saw were in those Mad paperback collections, so these inserts were a real treat. I think the insert covers had some different wording on the cover, but the art was true to the original comic. Just how is that snake manging to balance on that twig...?

The dagger hits the snake, killing it. The snake falls onto the spear, which knocks the trigger line to the pistol. The pistol fires and the bullet knocks the tank barrel down 20 degrees. The barrel fires, cutting the dynamite fuse and knocking the sticks backwards. The sticks hit the rifle barrel, spinning it round by 180 degrees and causing it to fire at the van. The shot punctures a tyre and makes the van skid back out into the road. The screeching from the skid startles the lady, delaying her just enough to prevent the safe from hitting her. The safe falls into the manhole, flipping up the cover before wedging itself firmly into the opening. The cover hits the tightrope, causing it to snap. The tightrope, being under a lot of tension, flies up and severs the noose, which in turn falls down and gently knocks the bomb, making it roll back under the fence before it explodes. She walks over the safe-plugged manhole and down the street completely unaware anyone was trying to kill her.
If only that dagger had been thrown a split second later...
