Is that from the 1st one? That's the only one I saw, so I don't remember. I was actually disappointed with it. All the cool they were doing was artificial when I thought (gong into it) they could actually manipulate reality, which was a more meaningful concept to me back then (and now, to a degree). If I had known this before going to the theater, I'd never have contributed to Reeves' income. I'm still irritated he was cast in Dracula. "I know where the bah-sted sleeps!" Yes, it's from the first one. That's where we differ. I loved the movie. The only thing I thought was weak was the machines needing electrical energy from humans angle, since there's so many more efficient ways of generating it. Thinking back I probably rented it from Blockbuster, so I probably had a preconceived idea going in and the film didn't measure up. The same thing happened with Alien. I heard about it for months and months, and when I saw it I was bored to tears. Don't worry, I appreciate and love it now. Perhaps the same could happen with Matrix, but Keanu Reeves.

I still need to see #3. Have you seen it? Yeah, saw it on Tuesday. I apologize if that was a bit of a spoiler but they've been showing Fishburne in the tv trailers so I figured it was known he's in the movie. Don't worry about it, it's not a spoiler for me. I have to think hard to remember the plot and characters of the first two movies anyway. I'm sure it will all come back when I see #3.

Just be warned that 3 starts right where 2 left off. There's some recap as the countdown of the hour to Ex Communicado ticks away...

Does anyone know what makes this an Error edition? I purchased this version (not knowing/caring there were others) off the rack locally way back when and recently saw this image: I can't find any info on it, other than it is, at least according to this label. This is mine- Total impulse buy- Not sure I ever read it completely.

It was supposed to only be available through AU.com, but it was mistakenly sent out to retailers with their other orders by Diamond.

I'm not so sure "Error" is right, but what would be? Brain Fart? So it was just as widely distributed, relatively speaking? Nothing truly special about it? I do see it has some higher numbers on GPA for uber grades and SS.

AU was much more secretive than Dynamic Forces, but it's probably somewhere between 5,000 and 10,000. It just got sent out by accident.

I imagine "ease of access' plays into how desirable something can be, so I wasn't sure how those in the know, or more to the point, people who desire these factor in that they were easy[ier] to get a hold of back then.
