Speaking of Batgirl, she's currently doing an online wordscape for 6 year olds (it's a bit like a crossword). One of the words she had to guess was "unto". What 6 year old is going to know the word "unto"?! At least it's not "hitherto". Side note: Going back to what I said about comic accuracy, I think there's a case to be made why fans like their favorite source material to be done justice. We loved the original material because the characters meant something to us. We fell in love with those characters with the personality we recognized and respected. If you adapted that and turn the characters into someone else we could barely recognize and certainly don't respect (like say, a self-entitled millennial who skips detention, *cough*), then you can't blame us for not liking the adaptations. We don't like them because they're not the people we grew up with and fell in love with.

That Orius was an interesting chap, wasn't he?
One minute giving his thoughts on the latest affairs of Spider-Man, the next telling us we're all a bunch of mindless sheep for appreciating the works of the great Steve Carell. Ah, what a sad loss it is
An ode to our missing friend...
Oh Orius, oh Orius, Your posts wise and glorious. Each a hit, with their wit and grit, He laid these down before-i-us.

You know that grit you get with salted peanuts...? What are you doing with them? Very good.
Eating them. You know the bits I mean? When you split the nut, there's a little bit that falls out from the bottom. If you have a packet of nuts, they all collect at the bottom. I had this random thought when eating them today... What if the peanut grit was the only thing you could eat for the rest of your life?!

That would be a trip. But, still better than toaster crumbs.

Those little nut bits are like that little thing on a pistachio left behind when you split the shell. I always eat those Bleh. I hate pistachio nuts. Also not a fan of the cashew. I like a crunchy nut, like a good old Brazil. Not chewy nuts. No one wants chewy nuts.

Especially 5-10 minutes out of the oven Hatehatehate Brazil nuts. Too bitter. Don't like hazel nuts either.

Brazils are my fav, closely followed by walnuts. Salted peanuts don't really count...

For the record, I'm throwing my support behind the Macadamia nut.

For the record, I'm throwing my support behind the Macadamia nut. Who's he? Oh wait, I thought this was a political post.
