Ann Wilson on backup vocals (yes, that Ann Wilson) We just watched Jerry Cantrell and Nancy Wilson on Sammy Hagar's Rock-n-Roll Road Trip. I always laugh at how unprepared for his guests Hagar is as he sits up on the stage with a guitar sitting idly in his lap as he grunts his, "Uh! Mmm, yeah! Uh-huh!" while his guest sings. I'm going to have to check that out. Mr. Hagar had the opportunity of a lifetime when he replaced Dave in VH, and he's been telling us ever since about how his talents took VH to heights the band wouldn't have reached with Dave as vocalist, . I'm curious what his interviews are like. Nah. It's too early to get Wasted. Oh are we doing Freddy Fender songs today? I was thinking of the song "Wasted" from Black Flag's first release in '79(Keith Morris vocals), but Freddy Fender will do in a pinch. I'm not sure if I know any of his other songs, though.

I like this audio recording of an early(2/91) show. The photo is from that same show. I thought it was pretty cool that Mike Starr is wearing a Vio-Lence "World In A World" t-shirt. photo credit: Tony Alves

Those are some of their best songs. I'm beginning to think we have different musical tastes You're just figuring that out? When it comes to AiC I like the mellow and the heavy. In some cases, their mellow stuff is still heavy.

Take this song for example. It's so moody and atmospheric. Killer song.

I had to listen to Techno yesterday as Evan played Beat Saber so I skipped this thread. Today I put it on a random YouTube classic rock channel.
