NG? That video is totally a fraud. That's not the book and he's not the buyer. He's just looking for notoriety. NG? what a BS'r NO yo comic aint worth 5 mil or anything near that maybe you could buy a volkswagon maybe you dolt. Action #1 9.2 sells for 3.2 mil Superman #1 sells for 5 mil? hm The Action #1 was a CGC 9.0 but that book sold 9 years ago! 9 years is a really long time. It's almost a decade ago! If it sold today it would easily go for more than the Superman #1 Church copy but BOTH Action #1 CGC 9.0 (the Cage copy and the 2nd copy) are both owned by the same buyer, a billionaire who never plans on selling them so we will likely not know what they're going to go for again in our lifetimes. That leaves only a few comics to challenge the Superman #1 Church copy record - the lone, highest graded Detective Comics #27 CGC 9.2 and possibly a nicer Superman #1 if it surfaces. Or, a few years down the road when the market picks back up I'd expect a few lesser copies of Action #1 like the CGC 8.5, or a lesser copy of Detective #27 CGC 8.0 to take the mantle of world's most expensive comic sale...Maybe another AF #15 highest graded sale if something extraordinary happens...but I don't think that's happening anytime soon in this current economy.

I actually thought it was unusually quiet for a record sale like that....but I think a lot of people just avoided discussing it because it was me that sold it. Strangely, only a very small handful of dealers congratulated me on the sale. Literally, no exaggeration, you can count the number of dealers that even mentioned the book to me on one hand. Most didn't even acknowledge it.

I’d never seen the Monster Maid game before, seems to be worth a bit complete on eBay. Also, wondering why a customer haggled the Iron Man #1 down from $300 to $200 while only seeing 3/5 of the front cover? From a quick glance it looked nice.
