I'd think it'd be rather difficult to identify an artist or inker on a puzzle page unless there's fully drawn characters rather than sparse lines of a "connect the dots" image or drawings of inanimate objects like shovels, hammers, flowers, hotdogs, etc. that appear with word game type puzzles. As for the 1957 time period, I'd also consider the possibility of Sol Brodsky who was a credited artist or inker during that time and was involved with many of Stan's/Timely/Atlas projects and likely the Big Boy comic.

Doesn't look like either DeCarlo or Maneely to me. Especially not Maneely unless he purposely drew those in a more cartoony style. That's possible but I'm not sure how anyone could ever confirm/deny that.

This is interesting. I didn't realize there were two different 'looks' to Bob's Big Boy, depending on where you lived. link GCD does indeed list DeCarlo as the penciller, but this could easily be inaccurate. Here's another opinion:

Adventures Of Big Boy #233 - 1976 From what I gather from the stamp on back cover, this came from Pennsylvania or Texas. This had been an "Elby's Big Boy" until sometime in 1976 and was called "Franklin's Big Boy" until 1978 when a lawsuit forced them to drop the name and menu items associated with Big Boy.
