I have been known to put some fries under the pizza skin and then dip the whole thing in gravy and hot sauce,but the lady calls me disgusting and tells me not to eat like a child.So I do it all the time.She loves me.

I made the best gravy the other day. Batwoman roasted a beef joint and I made the gravy from scratch by adding gravy browning to the meat juices, then cooking slowly. It was a little salty, so I added a small amount of vegetable water and thickened with cornflour. Delicious.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why no one other than me should try and make the last post in this thread

You like gravy, right? Trust me... Cabbage water, meat juices, gravy browning, a little stock if required; slowly cooked until almost boiling. Perfect.
